Rooms and Rates
To proceed, fill out the form in the top right corner or click on the “Check prices” link next to the room that caught your eye. After you’ve entered your booking information, hit the “Check Availability” button, and a list of available rooms with different rates will appear below.
The breakdown of the pricing is shown in the rate details.
The price includes taxes, but additional city taxes and fees are paid separately upon arrival.
Reservation process
To book a room, simply click the “Book” button next to your preferred rate and you’ll be taken to a reservation page where you can enter the necessary details. You’ll receive a confirmation shortly and an email with your booking details will also be sent
To book a room, we need your guest’s full name, email, and phone number.
For prepayment rates, we also require your credit card number, cardholder’s name, and security code.

The payment details can differ depending on the room type and rate you pick.
For free cancellation bookings, you can cancel without charge as long as you do it before the cancellation deadline.
Non-refundable bookings are often cheaper, but you’ll be charged a fee if you need to cancel.
Want to make your stay extra special? Send us a personalized request through the “Special requests” field on your reservation page or directly to the hotel. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your wishes, we can’t promise they’ll be granted. If you submit a special request, keep an ear out for a call or an email from the hotel to get the lat
Cancellation and refund
To cancel your booking, check the confirmation email for step-by-step instructions. Keep in mind that if your rate is non-refundable or the cancellation deadline has slipped by, your paid amount will not be reimbursed
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed promptly, and you’ll receive the reimbursement directly to your credit card within 1-2 working days.
